Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026. Please read these terms before using tokelio.com, docs.tokelio.com, or the Tokelio product-preview dApp.

Tokelio ($TOKE) is a utility token planned for release on Robinhood. $TOKE has no contract address today.Any token, address, or presale claiming to be $TOKE before an official announcement through Tokelio's own channels is not legitimate. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing tokelio.com, docs.tokelio.com, or the Tokelio dApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the product preview.

2. What Tokelio currently is

  • The dApp is a product preview. Balances, agent budgets, payments, staking positions, and settlement activity you see in the dApp are illustrative and simulated — no real funds move.
  • $TOKE has not launched and has no contract address. The official contract address will be announced through Tokelio's own channels at the Robinhood launch.
  • Content on this site — including the whitepaper, docs, and blog — describes intended utility and positioning. It does not guarantee any specific feature, integration, timeline, or market outcome.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on tokelio.com, docs.tokelio.com, or in the dApp is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The AI agent economy is an early-stage, evolving category, and you should do your own research and consult independent advisors before making any decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Tokelio, and you're responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on accessing crypto-related products.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or dApp for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to mislead others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Tokelio's systems.
  • Misrepresent an unofficial token, contract address, or offering as being affiliated with Tokelio.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Copilot or other product features outside normal use.

6. Wallets and third-party services

Connecting a wallet to the dApp is done through your own wallet software (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect). Tokelio never has access to your private keys or seed phrase, and is not responsible for the security or behavior of third-party wallets, browser extensions, or AI providers the product relies on.

7. Intellectual property

The Tokelio name, logo, whitepaper, docs, and site content are owned by Tokelio or its licensors. You may reference and link to this content, but you may not copy, redistribute, or represent it as your own without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site and dApp are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As an early-stage, pre-launch product, features, availability, and positioning described here may change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokelio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or dApp, including reliance on preview data that does not reflect real, live activity.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Tokelio moves from product preview toward the Robinhood launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Contact

A dedicated contact channel isn't live yet. Questions about these terms will be answered through Tokelio's official channels once one is published — check back here for an update.
